Why we love this Wine
This is an early drinking style Tasmanian Pinot Noir, from the Shaw & Smith team, who also produce the much-celebrated Tassie Pinot, Tolpuddle. If this isn’t ticking enough boxes for its credentials alone, the grapes were painstakingly hand harvested with a mix of whole bunch and whole berry fermentation, for intense fruit and aromatics. We expect no less!
