Why we love this Wine
Ravensworth winemaker Bryan Martin is a bit of a renaissance man - great cook, lovely bloke, can make a stellar wine - we’re a bit jealous. It’s a long way from his home in Murrumbateman to Denmark in W.A. where he went to source this fruit after the recent bushfires that decimated the country. It’s a ripper - golden in hue and super heady with notes of citrus, melon, lychee, Turkish Delight and rose petal and a super slinky, textural line that just rocks. Exotic, powerful and delicious!
