Why we love this Wine
NZ Sav Blanc has a well-deserved rep, and while this has some of the classic characteristics, it's so much more besides. Fresh and zesty of course, but six weeks of skin contact brings oodles of texture. It's herbaceous, flooded with citrus, spicy and punchy brininess, rather than the classic tropical profile. Stainless steel and amphora for malo and bottled shortly after. Ram-bunctious.
