Why we love this interesting drink

This 347 year old brewery re-defined its philosophy over 30 years ago to brew using only the most ancient methods of kimoto and bodaimoto, this is as natural as saké gets. Made with the famed Koshi-Hikari rice, locally and organically grown in the Chiba region, Katori 90 refers to 90% of each grain remaining intact, creating a savoury and robust, full-flavoured saké. Liquid rice, best enjoyed at room temperature or cold.
