Why we love this Wine

We love a hot collab— this one's between Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone and Cantina Giardino. The crossover is a bit of a no-brainer, leaning into the two winemaker's shared values; those of sustainability and new takes on old methods. Fiano and Falanghina from a vineyard in the Lapio area was harvested then divided across the two estates for processing in the same way; 4 days maceration and 6 months aging in stainless steel, then the two (FXF, get it) are brought back together at bottling. It tastes every bit as fun as it looks.
