Why we love this Wine
A different fate for Primitivo; here it's transformed into an enchanting rosé Pét Nat. Blushing in its red-fruited glory this is a light, unfussy fizz with balanced acid. Peaches and tomatoes, this is a wine you can just picture yourself quaffing at sundown in a place like Puglia, where it originates. The grapes receive only the shortest maceration before fermentation in stainless steel, and the purity is oh-so refreshing.
