A bouncy lo-fi Pét Nat from Nizza Monferrato in the heavy hitting Italian wine region of Piemonte. 100% Barbera with plenty of detail and unbridled drinking enjoyment to be had here. It’s energetic and has a lovely wash of bright red and dark berry fruits, a dash of spice and amaro herbs and a wonderfully playful demeanour provides a tonic when you need it.
