Why we love this Wine
Easy, breezy, beautiful, Gamay. This stylish little grape has found a second home in the Adelaide Hills and its giving rise to some ripping expressions of the stuff. For all its dangerous drinkability, there's plenty of complexity to explore; grapefruit zest, Hubba Bubba plushness, red liquorice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Just enough acid and bitter to balance, an agile, all-seasons acrobat with a little dissolved CO2 bounce in its step.
