Why we love this Wine
A debut creation by Adelaide Hills local lad, Angus Borchard. After honing his craft with multiple vintages and dabbling in hospo, this Gamay comes as one helluva vinous introduction. With fruit from a hard-to-get-your-hands-on Woodside vineyard, it's radiating with vibrant red berries and good acidity. A neat little juicy number.
