Why we love this Wine
Established in 1896, the awesome Te Mata Estate is an OG in one of our favourite Kiwi wine regions; Hawkes Bay. Add in the fact that they produce a pretty schmick Gamay and we become greatly aroused. It’s all bright cherry and strawberry fruits, soft spice, a touch of white pepper, silky tannin and a large dollop of awesomeness. We prefer to think of it as a ‘Brojolais’...we reckon you’ll dig it.
