A small batch wine made from a small pocket of fruit. From Mount Gambier's volcanic soils, this Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc blend rings ripe with lemon, nectarine and a plump pithiness. A little skin contact and a lotta barrel fermented. Skinsy and slurpable.
