Tapanappa favour a dry, late-picked style of Riesling, the perfect approach for the warm, dry vintage of 2025. Fruit was hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, about three weeks prior to the average harvest date. Pale in the glass, slick green tint. Big personality Riesling, zesty with blood orange peel and rosemary. Satisfying acid and length, tense and limey and quenching. Underripe in just the right way.
