Firri Firri is a traditional hoe (hehe) used in the vineyards— and here, a light, lifted Sicilian red that hums with energy. This is 50-year-old bush vine magic, a blend of Catarratto, Pignatello, and Inzolia grown on volcanic sand and left to macerate for just three days before fermenting and ageing in vats. A splash of ‘riserva perpetua’ adds depth, but the real star is its bright, juicy profile—pomegranate, mandarin, a hint of liquorice, all carried by silky tannins and a salty, refreshing finish. Almost Poulsard-like in color, but with pure Sicilian spirit—chill it down and let it shine.
