Why we love this Wine

This is the project where two Masters of Wine let their hair down and run wild, so to speak. Expectations are high, with reason, but the giveaway for style should be the bottle size. At 500ml with a crown seal, this is a wine to be drunk in a single sitting, splashed out amongst friends. It’s funky, predominantly semillon and sauvignon blanc, but there’s also some arneis and petit manseng and skin contact treatment that gives depth and interest. An easy starter.
