Why we love this Wine

As the name suggests, the slate is wiped clean every year, with every vintage starting again from scratch. The 2018 Red is a blend from all across South Australia, with old vine, whole bunch grenache being the majority, although other varieties have trickled their way into the final blend for added interest. Like its white counterpart, this is made to be splashed out and knocked back. A wine to, hopefully, create lasting memories with, rather than wiping the slate clean completely.
