Why we love this Wine
It is what it says on the bottle. An absolutely unreal South Aussie red blend, custom built for small plate pairings. Riverland-grown Grenache, Mataro, Nero d'Avola from Max Hall and Jimmy Williams. Lean and light and uber-chillable. Perhaps sir would enjoy with the anchovy toast? And for madam, perhaps the carpaccio? Organic, biodynamic.
