A consulting oenologist working in Burgundy, there’s no denying Sylvain Pataille knows his Bourgogne from his Marsannay. We love his natural take on the classics. Varietally loyal, this mid-weight Pinot shows rild red fruit coming alive with the help of mushroom and smoky cedar, clove, and forest floor.
