Why we love this Wine
This Barossa-grown Chardonnay has some fun stuff a-happening. Following a 24 hr cold settle pre-ferment, the juice was racked to 80% new and old French oak for barrel fermentation, with the remainder put to tank. 11 months on the lees before being racked and bottled, unfined, unfiltered. The results, liquid gold. A little textural, but plenty fresh. Oodles and oodles of character.
