Back again, big dog Sven. 100% destemmed fruit, fermented in stainless, with very minimal punch-downs and pump-overs. We'll tip our own caps to that. Barossa Syrah the way it can be, when kept cool and unbothered; lean, approachable, no over extraction here. It's plummy and throws a little purple, leaves you feeling warm.
