Why we love this Wine
Winemaker, Melanie Chester is the talented lady behind the wines of Sutton Grange and the 2018 release of the Fairbank Syrah is an absolute beauty. It sits at the lighter end of medium-bodied; pure of fruit with lovely plum, redcurrant and blueberry characters in abundance, cut through with layers of spice, violets, jasmine, freshly cut fennel and chocolate. Bright, perfectly balanced drinking from central Victoria.
