Why we love this Wine
Soave (Swah-vay) is one of the most famous Italian white wines that hails from the Veneto wine region near the city of Verona. The grape variety here is Garganega (gahr-GAH-neh-gah) with aromas & flavours of pear and green appley fruits with hints of almond blossom, marzipan, herbs and crushed stone. Lovely dry, savoury drinking with a creamy mid-palate and crisp line. Suavia, nestled in the tiny village of Fittà, owned by the Tessari family and now managed by sisters Meri, Valentina and Alessandra. One of the stars of the region.
