Why we love this Wine
From an estate owned and managed by the Tessari sisters, this site is made up of 2 single vineyards near the village of Fittà, about 300m above the town of Soave. Honeyed, succulent, nutty and textured, this wine is made from dried Garganega grapes, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The area’s smoky minerality shines bright. Superb balance.
