Unique to the Soave region, Trebbiano di Soave is a clone of the might Trebb that drinks beautifully different. Volcanic soils and a hilly microclimate, it's been masterfully managed by the Tessari family using organic principles every step of the way. Opens up with flowers, pears and herbs, with a nice mineral line back. Complex, classic, and pure.
