Why we love this Wine
100% Estate Grown Trousseau from 9-year-old vines in the heart of the Tamar Valley? Please, and thank you, and may we have some more. Trousseau can pack a potent punch, but this has one has a delicate touch, as many Aussie translations of the grape do. Despite originating in Jura, the variety thrives wherever Pinot Noir and Chardonnay do, which is to say, it thrives in Tassie, and nowhere more so than in the hands of the Holymans. Luscious raspberry, violets and sour cherries, with just a touch of warm spice.
