Why we love this Wine

There's a time and a place for heavily oxidative Savagnin (the time is up to you, the place is probably Jura). That's not what this is. Rather, this is a fresh, frolicsome rendition by a man who knows his proverbial from his elbow; Joe Holyman. This is clean, modern and interesting. Sea-spray, oyster shell and briny umami flavours, alongside some more reserved fruit character. Pear, gooseberry, perhaps a little marzipan. Yum.
