Shall I compare thee to a Tassie Pinot? Probably best not. Joe Holyman knows exactly what he’s doing when crafting cool climate Pinot Noir. Mostly younger fruit gets a little helping hand from old vine berries. This is bright red fruit that is in no way overpowered by oak. A little nuttiness, chalky tannin, warm spices. Tamar Valley dressed its best, to be shown off.
