Nick Dugmore found KI on a surf trip in 2008, unpacked his yellow Ford Falcon and that was it. Now he’s making wines and tending to vines. Red plum, green apple, grapefruit and apple sit blushing in the bottle. Pucker up, it’s salty island wine time.
