Why we love this Wine
Lovely Tasmanian Pinot Noir from Derwent River maestro Stefano Lubiana. Certified biodynamic fruit, medium-bodied and packed with characters of black cherry, rhubarb, spice, mushroom broth and perhaps wafts of Tassie truffle and a liminal hint of tobacco. It’s all about fruit, flow and tannin length and while it’s a gorgeous drink now, a few years in the cellar will reward those with patience.
