Why we love this Wine
A super Pinot Gris from Stefano Lubiana, one of our favourite Tasmanian wine producers. Organic/biodynamic farming from a single block of Derwent Valley estate grown fruit. Hand picked, sorted, crushed and left on skins for 72 hours prior to pressing it has the most beautiful rose-tinged hue in the glass and shows characters of nashi pear, soft spice and dried flowers and displays a wicked textural flow across the palate.
