Why we love this Wine
Pete Schell’s pure and spice laden Papillon red blend has long been one of our favourite wines from the Barossa Valley. It’s the meeting of Grenache and Cinsault and it’s a beautiful thing. Packed with pure plum, raspberry and red-fruits underscored with Asian spice and violet high-notes, it’s a bright and crunchy ride at the lighter end of medium-bodied spectrum, with a swift cadence on the palate and a high drinkability factor.
