Why we love this Wine
Barossa Valley winemaking gun, Pete Schell sources his Aglianico from the quartz clays and granite soils of Caj Amadio's vineyard near Kersbrook in the northern Adelaide Hills. Like all of Pete’s wines it is a resonant and soulful take on the Italian grape variety, deep in pure cherry and plum fruits, spice and delightful purple floral high-tones, racy natural acidity and pitch-perfect tannin grip.
