In winemaking, geography is crucial. The Barossa owes part of its success as a region to the Westerly winds that help cool the vineyards to encourage slow ripening conditions. Vineyards all over the Barossa should be thanking Zephyrus, the Greek God of the West Wind, for this gift. Sons of Eden certainly are, especially potent considering this is a multi-vineyard blend of Shiraz from sites all over the Barossa.
