Designed as a sort of natural nectar of the gods, this is lush Chardonnay picked with the acid to carry off the winery tinkering to come. Light lees stirring, seasoned barriques and gentle racking equal a clear wine of complexity, rolling with nutty, toasty swag and a natural affinity for fresh oysters.
