Joven red by Smallfry, need we say more? We will though. Scary territory for all but a confident captain, this Trousseau sees Suzi Hilder testing the waters of whole-bunch, reductive style fermentation. She's brought forth red fruit character, stewed rhubarb, herbaceous heaven. A nice stemmy twang, super chillable— no need to sit on this, just get it in ya glass.
