Why we love this Wine
An unfiltered and unfined rusticness screams drinkability. But it’s serious too. Wild forest fruits, everything in balance, energy and personality for days. Grown on the Saltwater River vineyard in the Tasman Peninsula. Alive with layers, here’s a complex Pinot Noir that’s bound to be the talk of the table. Still thinking about it tbh.
