Why we love this Wine
Sigurd’s new release Syrah is a beautiful example of modern, lifted medium bodied Barossa reds that are striking in their youth, but also very cellarable. 20% whole bunch and elevage in a French oak (15% new) effortlessly tie together a seamless palate of vibrant blueberries, with a little spicy cedar. Dan’s also used that Syrah winemaker’s trick (a small percentage of Vioginier) for a little lift.
