Why we love this Wine
The world would be better if we all toted magnums of the good stuff around. This 2021 Carignan is our case in point, whole bunch fermented, then pressed off after a few weeks to settle in stainless steel. It's a little lighter of body, but no less potent in flavour; we can see a habitual Shiraz drinker enjoying this every bit as much as a Pinot connoisseur would. It perfectly straddles weight classes and brings the best of both worlds with it; juicy and bright, Lila gets it.
