Why we love this Wine
Barossa-based winemaker, Dan Graham heads to the northern reaches of the Clare Valley to source the grapes for this particular lo-fi beauty. It sees 10-days on skins and the resulting wine is an amusement park of peary/appley fun with hints of soft spice, a whiff of dried honey, some dried, pressed-flower action, a wee whiffy of amaro herbs and a easy, luscious flow across the palate drawn into line by nervy acidity.
