Why we love this Wine
Flying aromatics, macerated lemon, pear and nectarine with that delectable oily edge. Boy oh boy, it’s back. Tom Shobbrook hasn’t made this wine for five years but we love to see it. 60-105 year-old Semillon picked ripe after a season of cool days and nights. No dangerous growth spurts, so the fruit developed its ripe characters without sacrificing structure. Get. In. Stat.
