This is red wine, made as swiftly as possible. Pressed as quickly, fermented for only up to six weeks, then bottled and released. No surprises, it's designed to be drunk quickly too, going down a little too easily. Best enjoyed chilled, and, not shockingly, poolside, if you can be so lucky.
