Why we love this Wine
There's sunshine in this bottle, no ifs or buts. You taste the warmth in the textural layers of fruit; a cloud of orange blossom, caramelised stonefruit and mandarin. There's a lovely slightly drying tannin from the delicate skin contact (20 days, in stainless) and battery-lick acidity. The bottle is grande, and the price is not, despite taking fruit from one of the best limestone rich corners of Puglia. Can't argue with that.
