Who doesn’t like a bit of carbonic maceration?! Here’s a skinsy Pinot Gris, fermented wild for a chalky textural ride. There's spice and a bounty of fresh fruits, savoury hints and a tug of tannin. A funky and fun gris that sits somewhere between a rose and orange. Low intervention, for high consumption.
