Why we love this Wine
Catalunya, so fun to say. Really get deep with that ‘U’. Led by 4th gen winemaker Josep Serra, he gets busy in the fam’s origin areas, the DO’s Monstant and Terra Alta. This is Grenache Blanc, by no means blank. All fresh peaches and stewed apple, citrusy acid, lees ageing adding a waxiness, nutmeg and cedar. Intriguing fun.
