From the Italian wine-region of Liguria comes this 100% Pigato, the red-headed step child of Vermentino. It’s mid-straw in colour and packed full of dreamy citrus fruits, a little nectarine and soft spice with a savoury finish that conjures images of the mediterranean. A few glasses of this and some spaghetti vongole and you’re in business.
