Why we love this Wine
Pouilly-Fumé = dry white wine from the Loire Valley, known for its crispness and intensity. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, this is a far cry from your mam's plonk of the 90's. Intense certainly, but with charm and complexity. Gooseberry, citrus and lemon, spellbinding acidity. This is a delightfully aromatic palate tickler, don't pronounce the L and you'll be swell.
