A Sauvignon Blanc from a 1ha parcel in Verdigny in the signature botrytis-affected stye of Sébastien Riffault. Both tension and restraint in this one. Subtle and gentle. A nice balance between ripeness and acidity with slight saltiness back there. So fresh and easy to drink. If you’re looking for a talk-of-the-table wine that can convert a room to a legendary producer, this could be it.
