The Southern Valleys here refers to the wew fingers that poke out at the base of the Wither Hills in NZ’s famous Marlborough wine region. The Pinot Noir from these little pockets tend to be more perfumed and high-toned than other parts of the main valley system. 30% whole bunch Pinot Noir with purely-formed red cherry spice and purple floral top-notes on display here. Detail and clarity are in abundance; effortless drinking never in question.
