What’s going on over ‘ere! Plenty, good people. First, the crafty mind of James Madden. Next, our Spanish friend Tempranillo from an organic/biodynamic Adelaide Hills vineyard. Then, plenty of clever winery tinkering, including whole bunches and multiple ferments. Now, bright blueberry and blackcurrant, cedar bark. Forevermore colloquially known as A Yummy Temp.
