Pinot Gris x Pinot Noir, why not? Aromatically it's already a hook line and sinker. Cherries, blackberries and rhubarb. Soft tannins. There's some carbonic fermentation. The gris backbone (60%) making for a Sunday arvo this-is-living moment.
