Why we love this Wine
Super fresh red wine that’s made in (or made to break) the classic red likeness of 50/50 Shiraz Cabernets. Farmed by Lou Freschi and made in collaboration with Clo Wines, it sat quietly bubbling in a whole bunch ferment for 8 days, with fragrant and lifted results. Again, organically farmed fruit, gravity and siphon. From Hills up-and-comer James Madden.
